Japanese Style Izakaya called "Sarugaku" located in Echoland Hakuba since 2006! We serve traditional but innovative Japanese food with variety of Japanese Sake. Please make a reservations!! During winter time, we take reservations between 6:00pm and 6:30pm or 8:00pm and 8:30pm.

Very popular place along echoland main street. Hard to get a place so best to make reservations! Unique selection of dishes, such as cheeses, deer and horse sashimi. Done well but portions were fairly small. Enjoyable but ultimately felt pretty average.

A small, busy and friendly restaurant, book in advance if you are there during peak seasons. We ordered: homemade blue cheese tofu, pork vegetable hot pot (recommended), salmon & avocado salad. Food and service were great!

delicious. It â€™s delicious no matter what you eat. Both the master and the clerk were friendly and had a delicious drink. It is a shop I want in the neighborhood!
